The Environmental Center is a dedicated space where students, educators, and the community can come together to learn about sustainability, conservation, and environmental stewardship. By integrating real-world environmental practices into the curriculum, the center fosters a deeper connection between students and the natural world, encouraging them to become active participants in preserving the environment. Money donated will go toward student led projects such as:
Pollinator gardens using native plants and woody florals.
A nature trail with activity centers and educational signage providing information about native tree and plant species.
Constructing nesting boxes that will promote biodiversity by supporting native wildlife such as birds, bats and pollinators.
Creation of wildlife food plots contributing to both conservation efforts and student research opportunities.
Fish and pond management.
