General application guidelines and funding parameters:
All requests need to correlate to a current learning standard, school improvement plan, or district initiative.
Requests for technology must be reviewed and approved by the Bald Eagle Area School District Technology Department to ensure functionality with current systems and initiatives.
Projects are to directly benefit students.
Applicants must be an employee of the Bald Eagle Area School District.
Grant monies are to be utilized during the fiscal year in which the grant was awarded.
If funded, you agree to submit a written & visual report within 30 days of the project completion.
EA grants funds may not be used for the following:
Food or drinks
Disposable party supplies (i.e. plates, napkins, tablecloths, decorations, etc.)
Consumable supplies not necessary for implementation of the project (existing classroom materials.)
Apparel (except if necessary as part of a project or experiment, ie: gloves)
Monetary incentives (i.e. gift cards or tangible rewards)
Compensation for Bald Eagle Area personnel
Professional development
Other items/services at the discretion of the Eagle Ambassadors Board of Directors.
